Bad service - not willing to payme back

On the 12 July 2013 i was hijacked by three armed man in my garagar in my house. When i was closing my garage the come in pointing me with the guns, they demanded my car key intracted me to be quite unless they will blow my head, i do as they requested me. they took everything that was in the car . i went to police station to open a case, the following day i log a claim. they ask me to list all the documents that was lost in the car . with the estimated price i did that and forward my email to Nicoline, the car was settled in time by Jimmy with no complains. 2 days ago i was called by Nicoline to demand the receipt for the the documents that went lost i aexplain to her that some i will call call iservice provider to provide me will proof but laptop was a gift i dont have a receipt for it, the blackberry ;bold i bought it cash. i miss placed slipt too. i was told if if i dont give them slipts i wont get my assets. i called the manager by the name of Elson She told me the some but very crucuial. i belive my assets must be coved under house content as the car was taken in my garage and that place is covered on their bookon page 64 and14
