POOR SECURITY SYSTEM

Sunday afternoon i received an sms from absa department saying something like early identification alert and the number to phone, i then rushed to the nearest ATM to check if my money was still there, i tried to withdraw and my money was gone.

I then immediately phoned the number that was provided on that sms, I spoke to faith who told me that my card was cloned by some1 from vietnam out side south africa
I dont understand how did that happen as i stay in soweto, what irritates me the most is Absa doesnt care about us how can they tell me to wait 7 days for the investigations, how am i going to pay the school fees, with what money must i buy food for my family, my debit orders are not going thru and i am responsible for the bank charges.

I called absa again today i was reffered to a white guy who didnt even care if i report this matter to hellopeter or the press, he then told me i might not be refunded as they still need to pull the footage
I really cant wait that long

all i want is absa to refund me my money asap and close that account i will go bank somewhere else
