On the 7th of February 2013 i deposited money using an ATM machine at Nicole Way Mall in Bryanston. My problem is i was paying for my child's fees at school and they want the receipt which has faded the ink. now i was requesting for a copy but now they cant help me. the school want the deposit slip because they are saying if i cant produce that my child is owing the fees. my question is what about the money i payed on the 7 Feb 2013? I am not their customer but i was just paying the fees for my child. if this is not sorted out i am afraid i am gonna take further steps cause really i dont want money but a simple copy as proof of payment.
