I withdrew R500 at Brammfontein FNB on Satarday morning. To my suprise only my slip and my card came out. I was told that the machine has a problem, i am not the 1st person it is doing this to. Then i was told that i have to wait for Friday for the money to be reversed. I called the branch on monday and was told that the machine needs technicians to open it up and that my money will be deposited on Tuesday. Today is wedsday and still i have not received my money. Could i please have my money by 11:00 today as i need to use that money.
