I insured both my car and house hold in March 2012 as I was reffered on the 14th of July my 40 inch LCD TV screen broke and I put in the claim ref 478/395814/HH
The brokrn TV was collected on the 25th of July 2013 and the technician said by the look of things Norah will have to replace me with the new TV as it will be cheaper to replace than to fix.
I received a call from Norah on Monday the 29th ( you can listen to the conversations as I assume they are recorded ) she told me that there was a damge on my screen and the technician confirmed that something might have hit the screen but i dont have to worry as my claim has been approved and they will be replacing me with th e Samsung LED 40inch plasma i should be receiving it in a day or two .
on the 30th i received another cal from Norah saying that she and her manager had made a mistake I am not covered for accidental damage what the should not they have checked that first before they approved my claim why waiste my time for claiming if I knew that I am not covered ;this is just a TV what will happen when it is time for me to claim for me half a million car another suprise?
I need my TV replaced as promised
