BAD SERVICE, MY MONEY

I am a financial manager for a very well known harware store in the cape, I purchased a samsung s3 online with FNB wich is insured with CIB insurance. I am covered for ALL RISK in the summary of sections and as per my documents.
my policy, under general terms, i have to pay excess of R500 for accidental damage and R1500 if you claim within 6 months, I think these conditions are fair and acceptable.
last week during a product training session my phone slipped out of my hand whilst trying to take a picture of the products, the phone dropped, and since there is now a black screen. I have been attempting to claim from FNB, Rmb structured insurance and CIB insurance via mail and phone on numerous accasions. I have been sent to a cellphone store at canal walk for nothing then to a cellular repair agent in montagu gardens again for nothing.after riding around and using my petrol and many e mails and telephone calls, i find this disgraceful
after numerous telophone calls and conversations with FNB, I was informed that my Phone is NOT COVERED.
SO, WHAT IS THE MEANING OF ALL RISK
WHAT IS THE MEANING OF ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE
WHY IS IT SUCH A STRUGGLE
WHY ARE YOU STILL TAKING MY MONEY
