I ordered shoes from Norah (the sales lady) on Monday as the size I wanted was not in stock. I made arrangements with Norah to collect the shoes by the Saturday. After about two hours I received an sms confirming that the shoes had arrived. Upon arriving at the store on the Friday (the day before collection was arranged) I was informed that the shoes had already been sold on the Tuesday (by Norah).
I then pursued the matter with the in store manager and Norah but received no assistance and after pressing the matter the manager began to shout at me and refused to take any action against Norah.
