I recently had an issue with my LCD. I then called Alexander Forbes as I'm insured with them. Desiree Whitfield assisted me with my claim and sent me the necessary forms to fill in. I then sent them back and she was so willing to assist and made sure that the forms go to the relevant department for processing. She kept me up to date and I feel that she went an extra mile as she is not my consultant. She didn't't even ask who my consultant is and that shows how much of a kind hearted and hard working individual she is. Thank you so much Desi for all your hard work. Not forgetting Norah from claims department who also made sure that I get my replacement TV in a short space of time. Thank You Ladies.
