I was hi jacked on the 29th July 2013 and advised my insurance on the 30th July 2013. I was then sent a form to list all the things i lost in the hijacking as i also have my household insurance with them. I requested that my claim for my possessions be done which i was told it cant be done until they finalise the car claim. Exactly a month down the line i haven't been getting any feedback until i have to ask. if i dont ask i dont get any feedback. my courtesy car days have expired and as from tomorrow i am going to be without a car, no feedback from forbes on top of all the trauma i have had to endure. When i moved to them i was referred by a friend and they were rated amongst the best but i seem to doubt that cause with outsurance my husbands car was written off and paid for in less than a week. I gave everything alexander forbes asked for within 5 days and made all information available to them. I am very frustrated right now.
