My household contents is insured with outsurance which includes my laptop, my laptop fell which was accidental damage, when i wanted to claim to replace my laptop it has been rejected due to it has not been covered for accidental damage, i have covered all my household contents for and damages, my insurance contract is ambiguous. Why do i pay to insure my valuable items when it cannot be replaced. i have been with outsurance for 23 months and now i am experiencing these problems to claim. i will be cancelling all my policies with outsurance and my wife will shortly cancel hers as well. Bad service and bad communication!!!
