Alexander Forbes is handling my claim for my Provident Fund. I emailed the claim to them on May 22, 2013 and i called them each week to hear what is the progress on my claim. On July 2, 2013 I were told that they had received all the documents back from SARS and I will receive my money within 7 to 14 working days. The 14 working days had expired on friday July 19, 2013. I had called them on monday July 22, 2013 and after a lot of battling I spoke to a manager. I were assured that the payment will be made on tuesday July 23, 2013 and that the money will be available in my account on thursday July 25, 2013. So far there is no money in my account. I called again this morning and I were told that the manager will call me back. It is now 2 and a half hours later and I had received no call. I am fed up. I want my money.
