Home Loan Declined

I have been declined by FNB, whom i bank with for quiet sometime. To add to the poor and sloppy service, i sent the offer from Standard Bank (whom offered 90% as i have the 10% cash, plus attorneys fees ect) and the delcined response from FNB, to homeloans mailing address, last week Thursday, only to get a response today. Your 48 hour lead time is absolutely fantastic. I understand that my wife has been on itc, of which, has been cleared. We opened a case of identity, the matter went through to the legal departments and her name was cleared. I asked her to move to FNB, as i was gaurenteed that we would be granted the homeloan, but i was dissapointed. I did not receive a call, but an email to call a number. Do i feel like moving banks, yes... Standard Bank called me as asked since my homeloan is with them, would i consider banking with them, and my answer is yes. I dont see the percieved mission statement, how can we help you when you get people to send emails to call this number and that number, but you dont get any service. Thank you FNB, its been good banking with you. you really at putting the customers first.
