Disappointing Responses from FNB

Sad that I have to resort to this, however after quiet a number of years of being a loyal customer it is rather disappointing that your bank cannot HELP YOU. My homeloan was declined with no reason given instead I was offered a homeloan by Nedbank and SA Homeloans. I chose the latter. recently I have had a cash flow problem and wanted to take up the debt consolidation option this was also declined. I tried getting the one account option - declined. a year ago I tried to take up the cell phone option with FNB and they informed me that I had already taken up the option via the internet banking which I had'nt. Very disappointing service from a bank whose logo is HOW CAN WE HELP YOU.
