My wife and i are banking with FNB for almost 12 years, and we want to buy a home. We ask a bond originator to help to obtain a homeloan. Our application was send to 3 banks and Absa was willing to a 84% loan Std bank offered us a 90% loans but Fnb said we cant get any offer from them because we wont be able to afford a loan. My own bank cant even offer me any percentage but 2 other banks can. How is this possible? Every month they are willing to help me by taking my money for bank charges but when it comes to obtain a homeloan with a clean record they cant help us? Is this the they send by media to get new clients but when it comes to perform they say NO!!! Stop with this false information!!!
