I had done a scheduled transfer during the month from my chq account to my 32 days account and I forgot to reverse towards the end of the month as I knew I would need the money and was only reminded this morning when it went through. I went to my branch today, on the date that the debit went through, which they told me I CANNOT GET THE MONEY BACK since its the 32day notice account, but I NEED THE MONEY AND it is mine afterall, shoot me for forgetting to reverse it, so you tell me there is absolutely nothing you can do about it, REALLY??? when I really need the money??? so much for " FNB, HOW CAN WE HELP YOU" and I always boast about this bank...
