I went into the FNB branch at the Village Horizon Park on Monday 5 August to check on moneys that went of my bank account. I did not know what it is for or who debited my account. I was told that they would reverse the money on the same day. It did not happen, I phoned them today Teus 6 Aug, to find out what is going on! They said they need to trace the company that debited my acc before they can reverse the money! I did not hear back from them, and my money is still not in my accoun! What prevents this person or company to let another debit order go off my account for a even bigger amount!!
