DISSAPOINTED AND UPSET

Hi my name is Samantha Leng, been a loyal and up to date with my payments account holder of MTN. I have had my two contracts with them for over 6years. Last year November i thought id pay my account cash as i was close to an MTN store, i first asked the lady would my debit order still go off if i make the payment cash she reassured me no i wouldnt. Few later into the new month i got a call from my bank stating i have minus reflecting in my bank account, i queried this with MTM they didnt assist me i then went to my bank they adviced me to reverse the one debit order as that month MTN was DOUBLE CHARGING ME! Bank reversed it but the extra bank chargers was not, the following month i then left my money in my account for my debit order, the month thereafter i found out MTN did not debit their money and when i went to query i was told they tried but money reflected in my account, i was told by the CPT airport MTN store, however i knew thas impossible as i only drew money after the 5th which means the money was there and bank statements can back me up. Today i got and SMS stating my lines will be locked in 2days, this really UPSETS ME!!! As now i must pay triple my account plus extra
