Ask why? #

I loved capitec bank, i even made my wife, domestic worker and boss switch to capitec but after this weekend i have lost faith in capitec. i understand you have rules but the bottom line is this, money that gets paid into my account is mine and i have the right to say who can debit my account and who may not. As a commisioner earner i did not receive a salary so i asked for an advance, it was paid in a few days after my normal salary date and yet there still went 2 debit orders after the schedule date and it left me the weekend with no money, no money to buy formula milk or nappies for my child! If i was still at FNB i could reverse any debit order and now you guys tell me that because it has went of before you cant reverse even if its on the wrong date!! Please do give me a reason of why its not allowed because this is a matter i am gonna take up. You as my bank can not dictate what i can do and can not do with my money, you are there for the safekeeping of my money and not my administrator. so i ask why, why am i not allowed to manage MY account, with MY money, instead i have to beg and plead to get my money back... WHY??
