FNB fails to reverse amount taken from my account

Put R200 petrol (Craig Joss Motors- Voortreker 012-3356464) on the 27/06/13 @19:09 used my FNB card twice but it was declined then I paid cash and left. On my way home my in-contact reflected that money went out. The following day Friday went and spoke to Leze (Manager-Craig Motors) She had bad attitude and told me to go to the bank and ask them to reverse my money.

Went to FNB Brooklyn that Friday morning helped by Thabo, who completed the form and he said they will reverse the money, it was not reversed went again on the 5th July to FNB Brookly where Thapelo helped and said the same that they will reverse. To date I have not received my money and it reflect that the money has gone off my account.
