Refusal to reverse a debit orde

I am very very upset with FNB. My husband who has full signage power on my account went to the bank to go and referse a debit order that went off my account. As I already paid these people on friday.

At the bank my husband was informed that due to this debit order being for a loan that we took they are not authorised to referse this.

I mean what is this are we as consumers working our off just so that the banks in this country can do with our money as they want, refusing to reverse debit orders on request. Who's money and account is it, mine or theirs.

Well quite frankly I am the that worked my off for that money and I have the right to pay who ever I want with my money and if I want a debit refersed then that is my right and my decision not the BANKS.

I want this debit refersed by the end of bussiness today or I will take this complaint to the Ombudsman and to all the social media networks possible.
