On 21 December I submitted a PnP till slip dated 19 Nov 2012 as no HealthyFoods cash back was received for that transaction. Over a month later and it is still not resolved. I sent an e-mail to request an update this morning - I received a reply saying that cash back for the transactions I queried was paid on 15 January. This is incorrect info as the payment on 15 January was for transactions that took place between 10 Dec 2012 and 4 Jan 2013. Is 32 days and counting at all an acceptable turnaround time for a supposedly efficient company like Discovery? In addition to that I receive incorrect information and incompetence from Discovery when following up.
