Has anyone ever tried to cancel a Discovery Credit Card? I have been trying very UNSUCCESSFULLY since 13 DECEMBER 2012. I have never has such a runaround from any institution as from Discovery. My query has twice been escalated. On 17 January 2013 by someone called Tumi and again today by Neo. I only used my Discovery Card as a Medical Savings Booster which was discontinued at the end of December 2012. However Discovery Card stil submitted my Debit Order for this on 3 January 2013. Did they not know about the discontinuation?
If anyone can advise me HOW to cancel this Card and actually get my money back I would be very grateful.
The service from Discovery Card is far worse than anyone receives from BLEEP Bank.
If anything ever drives me to drink... Discovery Card will.
