I hate to have to write this complaint as I am usually quite a loyal Discovery customer. However, in this instance, I am really getting nowhere with the call centre and felt that this might be a way to prevent more frustration. I have had a Discovery Chronicare card since April and to date have not received any cash back on the card. When I call the call centre, they repeatedly explain to me how Chronicare works or blame Dischem. Dischem confirm that they've posted all transactions to Discovery. After many many queries on this (ref 2945947124, 2932839814, 646774649, 646468671, 2932574250, 2892949567, 633565573.
I have in the most recent interactions actually went through the trouble of sending a few of the Dischem till slips to discovery and one transaction has been logged but no cash back paid.
In addition, the online portal seems to be malfunctioning. It says I qualify for 10% cash back because I have not done the Kids Wellness Assessment. However, as you can check on the Vitality Points Monitor, I have done this and it does not reflect on the Chronicare page.
Very frustrating and very unlike Discovery - all your other services work very well usually.
