Is it so difficult to reply to an e-mail

My claim was handed to Sherry after my previous Hello Peter complaint about Dial Directs service. I sent an e-mail on 14/1/2013 to find out what was happening with the items which were promised would be replaced (authorised on 20/12/2012). I had no response and sent another e-mail on 16/1/2013. On the same day a supplier called to ask what the model numbers were of the items needing to be replaced... all items were collected by Dial Direct on 9/11/2012 so how should I know what the models are!!! I am still waiting for feedback, I have never come across such pathetic service.
