I have been a member of ONE PLAN MEDICAL INSURANCE for the past 3years, we have had issues with the customer service so when I requested an admin error to be corrected I was totally surprised that it was dealt with professionally and in a timeous manner, thank you Farrial Poulton for your professionalism and customer service positive attitude and come back time!!!
WELL DONE ONE PLAN that is the type of service that you need to give us customers, thank you as well to Riaan Dalton who has always dealt with my requests in the most efficient manner.
