I have been calling the Discovery card Call center sice March in order to find out what happened to the Cash Back for my transactions with Stuttafords on the 12th Feb 2012.
I was told that there was a systems problem and that a manual cash back would happen.
After 4 calls to the call center this is still not resolved, and I have not received Cash Back for that transaction.
This is just one that I picked up. Who knows how many other transactions have been affected by their "system problems".
Call reference numbers: 2814568160 - 2852274848 - 2882856312 ... ( * i stopped taking them down after the 4th call *)
