I received no HealthyFoods cash back on a transaction at Pick 'n Pay that took place on 29th January. Queried this after statement closing in mid-February, received communication on 27 February to say that Finance Dept. was investigating. No feedback for a month. Queried again on 26 March, finally received response from Discovery Card escalations on 3rd April that it was processed the day before and would be reflecting on my DiscoveryCard within a week. It is now 3 WEEKS later, nothing received! Sent query to Discovery Card escalations Tuesday 16th April - no response. The service has as usual been shocking. I happen to also have a 2-month old unresolved claim reversal issue with Discovery Health. Their quoted SLA's should be 3 months, not 3 working days... more realistic.
