African Bank again... This is now the 2nd complaint in 1 week. I went to the Tygervalley store to have my credit card repalced because I had lost it. I was told that it cannot be replaced cause my account is with debt counselling, why is that nobody could answer me... Apparently I requested it, LOL.
The guy at Tygervalley called the call center and I was informed that within 24hrs it will be sorted, we are now going for 48hrs and I wont be surprised if it rolles to 72hrs.
I emailed Ruth Mmotlana about this and she hasnt contacted me after she told me that wherever I have a problem I can contact her. All I want is the card to be replaced. IS THAT DIFFICULT TO ASK???
