Great Service

I would just like to thank Thaabiet Damingo of African Bank Tygervalley.
I went on Holiday to Cape Town and after having my bank card swallowed by an ATM, I discovered that my african bank credit card was blocked as well. Left helpless on Holiday I had no access to any funds. I phoned the african bank fourways branch - whom I normally deal with and they were less than helpful. I eventually contacted African Bank in Tygervalley and spoke to Thaabiet Damingo who went above and beyond trying to assist in any way possible on a Saturday afternoon - 2 hours before closing.
Thaabiet Damingo kept in contact with me and updated me on regularyly.
Eventually after trying to move heaven and earth to help we decided that we would go in on Monday and rectify the problem.
Between the Fourways branch and FICA department docs were never received. Thaaibet Damingo got documents submitted and the hold released on the card so that i could make my way home.
Thank you Aftrican Bank Tygervalley and especially Damingo who really went the extra mile to assist.
