PAYMENT NOT RECEIVED

I tried to withdraw cash from my Credit Card at a Standard Bank ATM on 21Dec2012, for an amount of R2000.00. The machine did not release the cash, my card was swallowed, no receipt was given. The screen turned red with a white box error message, stating that I should contact my bank. I went to my African Bank branch to have the card stopped, and I was advised that the money might be reversed back to Credit Card within the next 24hrs. I was told to email the necessary documents to [Email Removed] and to contact 086 1000 888, but I have not been contacted since then. When I called on 27 Dec2012 I was advised that there was no query showing on my profile, and was asked to contact the Customer Service. I sent all the necessary documents again. And called in Jan2013 to discover that this issue hasnt been resolved and I should call in the 1st week of Feb2013. I called again then after the date given & was advised that I will have a definite response by 1March2013. I called today being 6March2013 & this still hasnt been resolved. I want my cash urgently as I am sick of this waiting. I want someone to contact me with a definite date of when I will get my money back.
