On the 31JULY 2013 a Naedo debit order of R199 was debited from my savings account without my knowledge or authorisation. The reference was: DIAL24/6117850DIAL24 I have no idea what this means, and I have NOT authorised anyone to make this deduction.
This is the 1st time that such a deduction has been made. I've been a customer with ABSA for FROM 1989 TILL NOW
I would like this NAEDO debit order to be cancelled with immediate effect, this is UNACCEPTABLE.
