I called capitec regarding a double debit that went off my account, i got assisted by a nice gentleman who said i will be refund in the next couple of hours, its been 72 hours and nothing has been refunded, further more i tried to follow it up, but to my suprise, now there is nobody who takes responsibility for it. i ahve made an arranngement with them as my acount was falling into arrears, but again to my suprises when i called to follow up on my refund I was told mu account has already been handed over.

now I ask Y must I be a capitec client?
