CAPITEC WILL NOT REFUND MONEY FROM ME!!

Money was from my account on the 30th December 2013. I tried to use my card to buy a few things, but it was declined. I called the customer care line and the attitude that I got was appalling. No one could tell me what was going on. Eventually I was told that ABSA had put a stop on my account and Capitec could not help me and I had to sort it out myself by going into ABSA and sorting it out with them. I called back the next day and the day after that and the day after that. Eventually I was asked to go into the branch, which i did. The lady that helped me waited 45 min on hold with Forensics. I had to leave as I had been there for over an hour, but she kindly said she would call me back. She never did. She said that my account had been closed due to activity. It turns out R34000 had been taken from my account without my knowledge. Capitec are willing to refund me the R247.00 which remains in my frozen account, but will take no responsibility for anything outside of this. I'm not happy with this at all and would like something done about it ASAP!
