Harassment and invasion of personal sphere

I have reported this matter 4 times to the mall management and it simply will not stop.
When one walks in the isles at the mall the sales personal of this Aqua skin products actually comes to you, invades your personal space and tries to sell the products in a very very aggressive manner. Today numerous people walking with me actually experienced the same.
I am considering going to the police about this now as I believe that the sales staff are illegally working in South Africa.
But this will simply not stop harassing and stalking one in this mall
