On the 22nd of july i spoke to someone from capitec in connection of my accounts being in arrears, as i told her everything will be up to date by the end of august, now someone phoned me and it was koegelenberg lawyers telling me my account has been handed over, as i told them we made arrangements already so she said capitec shouldnt of made arrangements like that and all. I'm really disgusted with the service because now noone by capitec can help me and neither can the lawyers!!!
