BAD RECORD

I have a capitec loan account, which the ended December 2012 or should i say was suppose to end. I called capitec and i was told that my acc had a one month of arrears in it. This was due to the fact that i changed employers and capitec changed my salary date according to their systems even thou my 3 months bank statement provided showed that i get paid on a different date.

I called to ask as to why no one has never contacted and i was told i must call the branch coz my acc is held by the branch and not head office. yesterday i got another sms, i am being told tht there's another month which was never paid. December, a lady called Tsakane said (she also said she cant give me a reference for my call).

What puzzles me is, i have to follow up with all this mess up and no one from capitec has never called me nor sms'd me or emailed me until recently. Now i am being told that I must pay arrears? Why must i pay? Why must i pay for capitec's mess up?

I need answers because someone has messed up and now they are f*ckng up with my credit record. Iv honestly never had any problems with them until recently and i need answers
