Two months ago, an agent from Mi Way called me to sell insurance to me and convinced me to move over to them claiming that they had done research on me and that I had a really good insurance record and also that with them I could pay lower premiums. With the cost of living being so high and already paying a lot with the insurance I was with I decided to take the offer. I have already paid 2 premiums with them and in my unfortunate event I got involved in a car accident. I logged a claim with them and due to panic of the fact that I had not yet had the opportunity to take the car for inspection because of work commitments (my responsibility) I wanted to lie, but I told the truth anyway, the person I spoke to was Ethel who said to me I shouldn't worry about it as i wouldn't be the 1st client with this issue and that she would send someone to inspect my car and we would take it from there. Now she is telling me to withdraw my claim and it's been two weeks and still no service. One of the reasons she used was my insurance quote was done incorrectly, how is that my fault? They targeted me & now am a risk? If they not processing my claim they should pay me back & I will find another insure
