I had an accident on the 3rd November and am curently insured with Budget Insurance. I called them soon after the accident to put in my claim. There are 2 ladies working on my claim. Busi Shezi and Heather. Its been 3 weeks now and i still have no clarity on when i will be provided a firm decision on the claim. Every week, i am advised feedback that is different. Its disappointing that after the insurance premiums are duly paid in good faith every month, and then when it comes to claiming, one is treated with unprofessionally and disrespectfully.
A vehicle is an important asset in a persons life, and 3 weeks is a long time to wait with still no firm committment.
