Money Withdrawn and Transactions From My Account

On Saturday the 5th January I was invited to a friends house for a braai, my son asked to use my car to fetch my grandson in Pretoria. My car did not have sufficient petrol to go to Pretoria so I gave my son my Capitec card and the pin no to withdraw money from my account for petrol. I arrived at the braai at about 16h30. On his way back from Preoria my son phoned me and asked me if he could draw money for something to eat from my account, I once again gave him permission to withdraw R 50.00. He went to the ATM at the Engine garage on Paul Kruger Highway in Springs to the FNB ATM and inserted my card to withdraw money. A pin error message appeared on the screen and shortly after a request for my cell no, he entered my cell no and then a message appeared on the sreen "Transaction Cancelled" but the card did not come out of the ATM. My son phoned me from the ATM and explained what happened, I told him to come to my friends at the braai I will go to the bank and get a new card from them.
On Sunday morning I took my phone to check if I had any missed calls as my phone was on silent, I noticed alot of transactions concerning Capitec Bank. Capitec bank now refuse to investigate or pay me.
