I have a loan with FNB where my debit order goes off on the 25 of each month, I have requested this to be changed to the 30th about 3 months ago. The 1st time I spoke to Queen Mogapi, she told me to send my bank statement which I did and she replied by saying that they can't change it because I get paid on 25th which is incorrect.

She failed to interpret a bank statement and you work at a BANK? I called back & I got hold of Khulile Khumalo who was also just as useless. So by the end of June I called again and I got hold of Omega Kgobe.
And she suggested that I send my payslip rather, So I did likewise and she said all is fine she sent the query the change will be done fine.

However on the 26th of July I'm @ a petrol station. I get to the petrol attendant and pay. And what do you know? DECLINED! FNB has deducted all that was left the previous night... was so humiliated and had to walk back home with the family and leave my car @ the garage to get money elsewhere. So How can You Help me FNB? Build a time machine and erase that moment in my life and hire people who know what they are doing. So how many FNB employees does it take to change a debit order? 3 & counting & 3mnths
