On the 21st April i recieved a mail from Absa saying i have over paid my Virgin Money card by R2635.00 and they want to refund me, so i sent them my banking details and waited. Guess what im still waiting. I have mailed them every day asking what is going on, sent through my bank details twice and still nothing If i owed them monry they would hound me consantly and add interest to the amt due, but forbid they owe you you wait and wait and i can promise you that i will not have interest added to the amt they owe me...
Thank i am not a regular ABSA Client... Dont want to be will never be
