Egtretting the move from ABSA to fn

21st of feb called the loan depart to update my bank details cause i changed from ABSA to FNB the lady that assisted said she just needs to find out if it is not to late to change it as my debit order date is the 25th she came back and said it is fine we can change it and she took the new details and changed it surprise on the 25th ABSA sends me an sms that FNB is trying to debit that account i phone FNB and all they say is sorry nothing they can do i must phone the following day so they can debit the right account so the debit order must bounce which is extra costs and lists me on itc as a slow payer.they refund the bank charges but cant fix the itc.or i must put money in that account which is extra bank charges on my costs fnb's cellphone banking doesn't allow you to create a beneficiary AND has a limit oF R200 to pay how helpful.team manager sharon said she will refund the charges just send my statement which i did and she she will call me back before the end of the day today still nothing. This is not a matter of the money it is a matter of principal, a mistake wasmade by your bank on my costs and you were not able to sort it out without me incurring costs SORT IT OUT ASAP
