I asked Dial Direct to cancel my policy because they debit my account whenever they feel like. Nothing was done and today I find out they tried debiting my account for R49.00 and it bounced making me to pay R138.00 for the bounced debit order which I didn't know anything about it.
Why did you debit my account and why didn't you infor me? Normally premiums are debited on the first day of the month but last mont you debited my account before the 25th and this month on 20th. What is all this.
PLEASE CANCEL THE POLICE ANBD STOP DEBITING MY ACCOUNT.
