I drew money from an ATM, the receipt shows an error yet the funds were still deducted from my account. i reported the matter and was told to fax a dispute with proof which I did on 23 July, I have emailed 5 times posted on their facebook and yet no feedback. i called them today and was advised that the dispute can take 2 weeks just to be allocated to someone! why must i wait soo long to get my money back its not theirs to keep until they decide to allocate to someone. And this is the service to a premier client!
