Fnb prides itself as the best in the industry yet their legal department is useless. No one bothers to answer the phone and when they do-the phone is dropped in your ear. Please get your act together. Im a premier banker and i have a urgent credit card matter that i need resolved. I would like with Fnb card directly and not your disfunctional legal department.
