I was legally advised that the card is prescribed. I've been summoned to court, and responded that I'll be defending the case In terms of the Prescirption Act. This account is since 2008. I never received any invoices, letter of demand or anything from that time on. All my contact details are still the same from that time.
Tried calling your legal department from a FNB branch and we waited over 45min with no answer.
Please advise your attorneys that this is a prescribed matter and needs to be closed on both ends.
