No answer call centre

Hi
I have been trying for 5 days to get trough to 1 of the following numbers.
087 736 0050/1/2/3/4/5 no answer, all i want to know is what is the outstanding balance on my credit card, but no one answers the phone. If you speak to someone in the credit card department they cannot give a answer, it must be from the legal department, I have not received a statement in 5 months with the outstanding balance still due on the credit card
