I had an FNB Smart Credit Card which went bad and was sitting with their legal department and eventual with a firm of attorneys called MBD. In July I got a settlement figure from MBD to settle the card, of which I did. However since then the card still shows on my FNB internet banking profile as owing, also I haven't received any settlement letter from FNB or MDB. This also affects my credit with FNB as I am still using a savings account which is expensive, even though I qualify for a Premier Banking Package. This has reached a point where I am considering replacing FNB as my primary banking given that my banking is limited.
