Standard bank,
I reported a default of standard bank on my current account and this matter was solved with in two days - many thanks Standard bank but the legal and card department don't border to phone you to sort out my credit card. Emails gets forward to them and they don't care to do anything, when I phone them today it sound like a party going on at the call center of the legal department and I was told that I must phone back tomorrow and we will not help you today. I need a senior person to call me urgently and not one of the control center people
I hope that I can solve this matter tomorrow and that they will phone me so that we can solve this problem
They don't care to help you - because we are LEGAL
