I have been contacting FNB in regards with my smart device to confirm the date that I will be able to get a new device as my 2 years expires soon. I have been logging a call for over 3 months, logged a call online, called FNB and logged a call. AND STILL NO RESPONSE FROM FNB!!! If I do not get any contact from FNB within this week then I will be moving my accounts to another Bank that cares about their clients. Contact me ASAP and let me know, when I am due for a new Smart Device? That's All I want to know!!!
